Dedicated to preserving the richness and diversity of Indian culture through the medium of language

Tàarruf is a non-profit organization based in India, dedicated to preserving the richness and diversity of Indian culture through the medium of language. Founded in 2017 by a group of young, passionate individuals, Tàarruf believes that language is the essence and most crucial aspect of our culture. With this belief, the organization aims to give a platform to people who are fond of Indian languages and want to work towards enriching our culture.

At Tàarruf, our mission is to rekindle and reconnect with the glorious culture of India through languages that have played a significant role in its development. We understand that language is not just a means of communication but also a reflection of our history, values, and traditions. Our goal is to ensure that the richness of Indian languages is not lost, but rather celebrated and passed on to future generations.

Through our performances, we aim to help people get introduced to, understand, learn, and stay connected with the soul of these graceful Indian languages.

At Tàarruf, we believe that language is the key to unlocking a culture’s heritage and traditions. We work tirelessly to preserve and promote Indian languages, enabling individuals to connect with their roots and celebrate the diversity of our culture. Through our efforts, we aim to make a significant impact in rekindling and reconnecting with the glorious culture of India.

People Brought Closer to Indian Culture through Language Events

Language and Culture are closely associated

A language is an essential tool for human communication, and it is also the medium through which we express our culture and identity. The language is a repository of knowledge and wisdom that has been passed down through generations. When a language dies, it takes with it the accumulated knowledge and culture of a people, and this is a loss that cannot be replaced.

There exists a close relationship between language, culture, and identity. Language is an essential part of our culture, and losing a language means losing a part of our cultural identity.
